| Hi Guys. Im getting the error in R62 after i have had to reset the SIC. None of my logs will send to my SmartCenter anymore. The Checkpoint KB Article sk33568 says I should contact support! Does anyone know what this solution could be to save me a support call? Thanks |

| As per #sk33568 the cause is Connectra is retrieving previous certificate instead of the new one. You can open a service request via Check Point Software: Online Support - Service Request Center or as a temporary workaround restart the firewall service using cprestart command. |
