File Shares - Read Only

I am providing access to various File Shares on my File Servers via Connectra but the files open Read-Only. I have tried both Browse methods (Windows and Connectra's) but this does not make a difference.

I am certain its not a permissions issue since I have accessed the files directly (outside of Connectra) with the same Windows domain accounts and it works fine.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
