The problem is a compatibility problem with ie7's XML functionality. I think there is a Hotfix update available from Check Point which fixes this problem.

Open Internet Options in ie or the control panel, go to advanced > security and uncheck "Enable native XMLHTTP support"

It's been a while since I last had this issue, but I am sure that it was fixed by R62 HFA1...

Enhanced Browser Support
The Connectra End User Portal now supports Internet Explorer 7.x and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 browsers on Windows XP and Vista platforms.
The Connectra Administration Portal now supports the Internet Explorer 7.x and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 browsers on Windows XP and Vista platforms

I hope this resolves your issue.

Cheers
Greg
