| Hi all, I have problem with my Connectra box,when i try to open it in IE7 it does not open,is it a bug??? Also when i click on the User and Group,it takes 20 min to open up.The version is R62.Please suggest Regards Tech123 |

| The problem is a compatibility problem with ie7's XML functionality. I think there is a Hotfix update available from Check Point which fixes this problem. Open Internet Options in ie or the control panel, go to advanced > security and uncheck "Enable native XMLHTTP support" Greg |

| It's been a while since I last had this issue, but I am sure that it was fixed by R62 HFA1... Enhanced Browser Support • The Connectra End User Portal now supports Internet Explorer 7.x and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 browsers on Windows XP and Vista platforms. • The Connectra Administration Portal now supports the Internet Explorer 7.x and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 browsers on Windows XP and Vista platforms I hope this resolves your issue.
