Default Bad configuration after R62 upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded from R61 to R62. The R62 upgrade file has been updated then verified. The snapshot of the configuration was done and finally the R62 applied.
No error message, it seemed everything happened fine.
The next step was to test the VPN via the SSL Network Extender and nothing worked. I could not connect at all. I checked the configuration from the web console. No internal users were shown. Some objects (user, groups...) were indicated as corrupted. I tried to re-create the internal users but they were indicated as already existing. The connections for the LDAP users work sometimes or never.
Well, the configuration seems to be in a big mess after thie upgrade. Has anybody met that issue? Any advise?

THANKS.

I've only done one and it went fine. I'd try restoring the R61 snapshot and starting over. You'll never clean up a mess like that.

I have restored from the R61 snapshot image. The connections work ok but the users and user groups are not displayed. I cannot re-create them because I am warned they already exist. Any idea how to get back the display of the users and user groups?

Thanks.

Are you using Internet Explorer 6? I know Firefox and IE 7 do not work right with Connectra's admin portal.

Yes, I am using IE6. It used to work fine before I restore a snapshot image. And I could see properly the users and user groups when this image was on the disk.
This is a display issue as I cannot re-create the users. I do not know any other way to access the Connectra configuration.

I know you can SSH to it but I don't know how much you can do from a command line.
