| I have a Prod Connectra running NG R55 and I have a DR Connectra running NGX R62 that all the testing has been done on. Is there an easier way to bring the Prod Connectra up to NGX R62 other than installing each version until I get to NGX R62? |

| There was a Connectra 1.0, 2.0, NGX R60, R61 and R62. I don't think there was ever an R55. Can you double-check your version, please? The only upgrade path I know of is from R61 to R62. That being said, perhaps you could just snapshot the R62 and restore it to the earlier version box if the hardware is identical. I went from R60 to R61 and then to R62 without any real issues other than the ones noted earlier. Ray |
