unable to Connectra's IP address on port 4433 after revert

Using a snapshot from a existing connectra box and using it to build a build a different connectra box I can't connect to the new connectra's IP address on port 4433, in the $CPDIR/log/cp_http_server.elg I see the following,

SvcSk_init_ex: unable to bind to port 4433, errno 99
init_server_ex: failed to initialize the service socket
cpHttpSvc_init_ex2: failed to initialize the service socket

has anyone ran accross this?

Just a fyi, I found out that the IP that was associated to the box I took the snapshot from was still bound to the new box even after using sysconfig to change the IP. I used the command webui disable and webui enable. This seems to have released the old IP and fixed the issue.
