Default Can a Vrrp Cluster include a management Server?

I'm trying to create a vrrp cluster with two Nokia boxes and for some reason I can't add one of the nodes to the cluster in the SmartDashboard. I suspect that it is because I am trying to run a combined Management server/enforcement point on one of the boxes but I'm not sure.

You must use distributed configuration to create a cluster. So, you must install SmartCenter Server at another hardware.
