problem with clusterXL on smart monitor

hi all this is the first time i am configuring clusterXL on splat.

after configuring the cluster and editing the topology and all. when i am use my smart monitor to see the status of the cluster. when i select the gateway and see the interface table i only get to see the internal and the sync interface and not the external interface. my clusterXL is in high availability mode.

is there anything wrong in that. can someone pls tell me how to get the external interface also in the interface table in the smartview monitor.
