Default Cluster SIC Communication ERROR

Hi all,
We have 2 x R65 Splat Cluster firewall topology that Active / Passive and Connectra R62 CM at DMZ and Smart Management on Windows 2003 Server at local network.
We are freaquently encountering to SIC error about module ...
When I was reset SIC from all devices it does works normaly but try again occured same Problem in 3 or 4 days or same days...

Other Problem if AV is active incoming HTTP nat connections cant connect I have taken error www access denied...

There has permit for all CheckPoint device

FW module Versions R65 HFA02

Could you help me ?
What does your suggestions ?

Are your gateways and management server syncing time with NTP? Do both cluster members lose SIC at the same time or at regular intervals?
