Default interface is partially up

Hi
like in the title interface is 'partially up' on one of the firewalls in the cluster is based on ng55. I have search forum, checkpoint wiki and go through user guides but I didn't find any information about this error.
If someone Could help me with that I will be gratefull.

Is there specific reason why they go to this state because nothing was done with the physical connection and we don't have and idea how to fix it.
Thx
