Ip1260 cluster member locking

I have a cluster with 2 members (IP1260)
Eevrything working normal for two months, but last time, after I install a new rule on the firewall one of the members locked.
I lost the connection to it, cannot ping nothing - I needed reboot by button power.

Anyone know what I can do to check the cluster and the members?
my manager is a 2003 and everything is NGX61
