Default VRRP CLUSTER CPSTART-OUTPUT

I have pasted the outpur of cpstart command on a VRRP cluster member.
Can someone interpret the lines marked in red.
Also I see the cluster member is trying to fetch the policy from peer member as well as smart center server.
The IP 10.0.0.1 is the peer IP on the Sync interface and the IP 172.16.0.10 is the smart center server

Installing Security Policy Standard on all.all@FW01
Fetching Security Policy from localhost succeeded

Fetching Security Policy From: 10.0.0.1 172.16.0.10

Local Policy is Up-To-Date.
The Policy was not installed because it is the same as the Policy already on the Module.
