Default tcpdump on SPLAT

I am trying tcpdump on SPLAT, but it seems that tcpdump is not a recognized command on SPLAT. Any idea how can I run tcpdump on SPLAT?

On expert mode. And : "The output of tcpdump can also be passed to stdout and into an ASCII file, by using the following comlnand:
tcpdump -r <file_name> &> <file_name>"
