NGX HA *without* ClusterXL

Hi guys,

Setup: NGX R62 on SPLAT on IBM

I have been told that you can use HA without having to buy a ClusterXL license. I just want active/failover and don't need load balancing. I appreciate that I have to buy a license for a HA Enforcement Module.

How is the HA Cluster configured? Via SmartDashboard or via the SPLAT OS?

I cannot find any documentation on how to do this without ClusterXL.
