Default FTP problem

Welcome!

I have problem with FTP transfer from one FTP server. Client is in private LAN behind cluster FW (ClusterXL Load Sharing multicast mode), server is in Internet. When I download file from this server ftp session is burst and hangs after about one minute. I don’t have any log except accept ftp. TCP session look OK, when session freeze, firewall send ACK and wait for data. About few second server send data, but finally session hang in this same situation.
Transfer is OK from other FTP server and from this one server from other localization.

Please open a ticket on this one and include switch information. I know the SPLAT team is working on the oddities with ClusterXL and the more info they get the better.
