Default Changing from Load Balancing mode to HVA

We are currently in the process of replacing our SPLAT boxes with an HVA configuration. On our Extranet, we have several 3rd party routers that are not controlled by us. I was told that these routers have a static arp pointing to the multicast mac on the SPLAT boxes. This is causing a problem with these sites. I will be unable to get all of the 3rd party sites to remove these arp entries at the same time, so some temporary solution must be deployed. The only things I can think of is to have the HVA proxy arp to the multicast (I don't think this can be done) or somehow convert the multicast address to the unicast mac currently in use by the VIP while the packet is in transit. Has anyone had this issue before?

Thanks,
The Guru
