Default SecureClient connects the VIP of the Cluster failed

SecureClient connects to Cluster VIP (VPN gateway) failed with message “Communication with gateway cluster failed at site 66.88.22.55 failed. Gateway not responding”. But SecureClient connecting to the IP (66.88.22.54) of the cluster member is successful. Why? I need to all SecureClients to be able to connect the VIP of the cluster because I work on migrating an existing single CP firewall to CP firewall cluster. I need to use the same external IP address (66.88.22.55) on the existing firewall as the VIP on the CP cluster. If some one know how make this works you will be appreciated.

Environment:
CP Firewall NG AI R55
Nokia Cluster IPSO 280
