Hi, I'm currently experiencing any issue with Live Messenger being dropped on my UTM Edge Device. I've deactivated the Smart Defence feature already and created an explicit rule allowing all MSN services but it is still being dropped on Rule -40 (MSN Live Messenger Traffic) Running 7.5.55 Firmware Has anyone experienced this before?

Did you do that from the UTM device [aka not from SmartDashboard]? Try to do the opposite of the steps listed here [sofaware KB]: Self-Service Support __________________ Its all in the documentation.

Well once you've hooked it up to the SCS, you can't touch the SmartDefence anymore on the device itself... It says "This feature is currently remotely managed" and you can't do anythign...

To completely deactivate SD on an Edge in a centralized environment just deactivate the SD option of the Edge object in SmartDashboard and install the security policy. If the Edge is managed locally SD can't be fully deactivated. Have you tried to create an exposed host on your Edge for some advanced tests? What about trying firmware 8.x?
