IDS agent/console communication blocked

Anyone,

I get the message "[Packet should not be encrypted]" on the Edge device. The Edge & a FW1-NGX device are in a site-to-site VPN with an IDS agent behind the NGX device and the Console behind the Edge.

I have tried multiple combinations of allow & allow/forward for this communication but nothing seems to work.

I can't turn off the agent-console encryption so what do I do?
