Error "Database conversion failed" during rule compilation

I am running R61 HFA01 and want to maintain a VPN1-Edge from it. The coupling between Edge and FW works fine. Due to the missing FW1_EDGE_BC directory on my central firewall (don't know why) I installed the VPN1 Edge compatibility package from the CP-CD and tried to compile rules for the Edge on the FW ("Install On" points to Edge). It always failed with the error message "Database conversion failed."

Does somebody know what is missing ?

Try creating a "new" test policy with ONLY rules for the Edge. It's possible that your existing policy has too many rules.

Also, make sure the latest libsw 7.0.33 is installed on your management server.
