Edge Unit not loading antivirus signature Hi, I have an Edge X-32 unit which is centrally managed by a SmartCenter (SecureOS NGX R61, VPN-1 Express). I am able to remote manage it by creating rules, etc. VPN between my main checkpoint and Edge X-32 is also ok. In the Edge device, under "Services", I have managed to connect to the Service Center so that the Edge unit can receive signature updates (I have the necessary license for this). At first this unit was running fine. But after a while, it shows this error: "Failed to load Signatures Database". Rebooting the X-32 does not help. The only other way that I can think of is to reset the unit to factory default and reconfiguring from scratch (I don't think reloading the backup config is going to help). Is there any other way of getting the unit to load the signatues database properly? Please refer to the attached screenshot. Thanks a lot. |
