Hotspot Authentication timeout

Hi All,

I am trying to determine two pieces of information relating to the use of the hotspot feature within the Edge UTM VPN1-NGX X8 product and would really appreciate your assistance;

1. How does the Hotspot authentication timeout work. This is where the hotspot authentication is set and requires a user to enter a username and password before they are allowed to access the network. I know that there is a period of time after which the device will request the user to reauthenticate, I have searched to 400 page user manual but cannot find the information.

Is this a set timeout value (what value) or is it an inactivity timer (what value) ?

2. Can the Hotspot authentication value be modified. I know there is option to change the value through the configuration menu, can it be modified in any other way ?

Did anyone ever find out what the time is after hotspot authentication before you are logged off?
