Default Edge X appliance, NTP and DST... howto ?

Hi all,

At the last EST to EDT switch - on March 14, I'm in Montreal - we came across an issue after our FIREWALL (NGX R65 running on Solaris 9) stopped logging to our SMARTCONSOLE (SPLAT); after investigation, it appeared that our SC switch to EDT, while FW stayed at EST. We are in the migration process to SPLAT R71, so next DST won't be an issue with those two...

The problem is with an Edge X in a Site-to-Site configuration with our FW; how can you define the time settings to the appliance to take in account the DST factor ? Even thou you can configure the timezone parameter in TZ format - America/Montreal - using the CLI the time is not accurate on the appliance, so it seems you need to stick with UTC/GMT format ?

Thank you,

(paleez pardon my french!)
