| Greetings, I'm replacing our existing Smart Center server with new hardware. I've installed SPlat and R65 and HFA02 to match the existing Smart Center. I have an upgrade_export file from the production box. When I run upgrade_import on the new system, it fails with the message ./configuration Error: The upgrade_import tool has detected that the plug-ins installed on this machine (the local machine) are not identical to the plug-ins installed on the source (production) machine. To proceed with the upgrade_import, you must ensure that the installed plug-ins on both machines are identical. Plug-ins? The installed products are identical. Is there a log somewhere with more info? Where does one manage installed plug-ins? Thanks for any ideas. Dan Lynch, CISSP County of Placer Auburn, CA |

| I had the same situation. check if conf/plugins.txt exists in your exported file. If you dont have any plugins activated on your source smartcenter, then just create an empty plugins.txt file. >conf/plugins.txt import should work then. |
