Is anyone having issues accessing the Splat WEBUI with Firefox 3.0? I get the usual certificate domain mismatch which I accept, get the prompt, enter my creds but then get an error message "Cannot connect to server. Make sure the device is up and running and that you are allowed to access from this machine" I can access it via Internet Explorer without any issues so it's not a firewall/routing issue. I've also restarted the service to no avail. I know this use to work with pre Firefox 3.0 so I'm wondering...

I have R60 and R65 SPLAT gateways and have no issues accessing the Web UI. I have noticed that the first time setup wizard works in IE and not Firefox, but after that is run, no issues with 'normal' access. __________________ There's no place like 127.0.0.1

I can say definitely that firefox 3.0 does NOT work on my stand-alone NGx R65 with HFA_02 and hf_249 firewall. I have tried it on 3 different firewalls with the same result. I have no issue with Internet Explorer 6.x

I'm having the same problem and have not figured it out yet.

Sorry, I just confirmed I am still running 2.x and not 3.x - which would explain why I'm not having the issues... Looks like I bookmark this one and wait for a fix before upgrading to 3.x. __________________ There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Yes, not working with Firefox 3.x AND Internet Explorer 7 as well. Fine with lower version and Netscape 7.2 Running Splat R62. Seems to be related with SSL/TLS as far as I can see.

IE7 is working just fine, please don't mislead us here :-) Valeri Loukine CCMA-0019

Splat with IE 7 has issues of its own, but they are resolvable. See... IE7 and SPLAT web interface
