Default SPLAT nic configuration
i need help changing the nic setting. running NGX (r60) linux kernal 2.4.21-20cp. i want to change the setting to full duplex. tried the following command.
ifdown
ethtool -s eth0 speed 10 duplex full authneg off
ifup

ethtool shows the nic is still set to half duplex. any suggestions? linux folks say the command should work, and to ask the Checkpoint folks.

You should change your NIC settings at SPLAT using CheckPoint https console, not using LINUX commands.
