Default Problems Installing Secure Platform NGX R65

Hi im new in this forum, i just searched around Internet and this forum is the link that have the most advanced and experienced users on checkpoint !!!

My problem is the following;

I just tried to install Secure Platform R65NGX on an IBM e-server, before doing this i verified that the server meets the required specifications by running Hardware Compatibility Test tool.
When i start to install it i entered the correct option between Secure Plat & Secure Plat PRO, then y entered the IP options for the management interface, it start to format the server and install secure platform.
It seems that the installation finished correctly and send me a banner like this one; checking checkpoint software components
... after 5 to 7 minutes waiting, the following error appears;

I just tried another CD image but the results are the same.

Best Regards ELO

When I have had similar problem it was because was using an Intel ICH7 disk controller in raid mode. It passed the compatibility test so I figured should be OK. However I disabled the disk raid and worked fine.

Please check the HCL at Check Point Software: SecurePlatform/SecurePlatform Pro NGX - SecurePlatform NG with Application Intelligence: Hardware Compatibility List and make sure your whole system is supported. The "System is compatible" isn't always right, epically with some of the HBA and NICs that do strange things.

A quick look doesn't show your RAID controler in the list (ServerRAID 8k is in the list)
