I am using NGX R 60(BUILD 418).In a secure platform.. My query are-- 1-How will increase the number of concurrent session from 25000 to 50000.Ram is 2GB.(getting error connection table is 80% full) I am not getting the capacity optimazation tab in the properties of dashboard. So how to change this. 2-Before i used 512 mBof ram at that time memory utilization is above 95%.So i increased it to 2GB still it is having the same issue ,the memory utilization is above 95%.This is i memory leak issue,Does it rectify if i installed HFA_05.But if i run top command i donot see any process which consumes memory more than 2%. 3-How to install R60 in a distributed environment...

The memory usage you're seeing is normal on a Linux or Unix operating system. Unlike Windows, *nix systems will allocate almost all available memory to improve performance. When more memory is needed, it's taken away from less critical processes. I guess the philosophy is "Why not use it if I have it?" Are you trying to convert non-distributed environment to a distributed one? I'm not sure what you're really asking. Ray

hi chinmay_cr, this is what i usually do: 1) Console into the box and login 2) Go to expert mode (if splat) 3) setup a ftp server on your pc/laptop (i use 3cdaemon) 4) ftp from your firewall to your ftp server 5) copy the patch to the firewall 6) run "Patch add <hfa_05>" 7) reboot
