Default Upgrade Log Server- NGXR60 to NGXR65

We just performed a new install of NGXR65 on SPLAT and imported the config on our Management Server. Now we want to do an Upgrade of our log server.

I really appreciate it if someone can give me some detail on how to do this, what I need to do in preparation for this, any issues that may arise etc.

I have looked at: http://updates.checkpoint.com/filese...gradeGuide.pdf

Which explains how to do this on a SmartCenter.

Insert the cd, run "patch add cdrom" from expert mode [after you unset TMOUT] and away you go :)

Its pretty straight forward. The patched system should retain SIC once it comes back up [post install] you should see logs right away. I don't use a logging server but this is what I've seen with gateways.
