Default Overlapping Network for VPN

I have a situation which I need some help.

I have created a site to site VPN with an external client. Unfortunately, they are also using a network which we have on our internal LAN. e.g.

source <---> destination <---->
1.1.1.1 <----> 2.2.2.2 <---->

But the 2.2.2.2 also exist on our network.

Please how can I go about achieving a VPN with the destination site?

Thanks
