Default disabling / renabling gui to splat running P1

Hi there dioes anybody how to switch giu access on or off on a splat box which is running p1? is it a feature of p1 perhaps that it's switched off?

edited to add - I can can SSH to the box so it's not to do with the hosts.allow/ hosts.deny - which both say 'any:any'

Which gui, the web based or the CP based one? :)

Webgui is controlled with "webui disable/enable <port>", on P-1 you'll need to switch to the cms that you want to control it on via "cmsenv <cms>" but you know that I bet.

The CP gui is controllable via "mdsconfig" / "cmsenv <cms>" and "cpconfig" [or something close;] where you can specifc which IPs are allowed to connect to the gui.
