Default Backup command!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used for the backup of the SPLAT the command backup -f filename.
In the backup file, I don't want the log files...
Is there an option for backup command or another possibility to have a backup file without log files?
Thanks a lot in advance...

Hm, as I know by default, logs are not backed up. And if you want them in backup you need specify option "-l".
Did you modify backup scheme files?
Are you sure that your backup contains log files?
