Default R62 Splat install Web hangs on device status

I am trying to install Splat R62 UTM on a Dell Optiplex GX150 with 2 Intel Nics. The install hangs on the network connections section in the web UI. So I went and did a command line install. When I get to the device status screen in the Web UI it hangs. No errors nothing just stops. Any idea what could cause the whole thing to just hang? It said my hardware was O.K. plus it opens the web ui and lets me login in before it hangs. I can't find anything on Checkpoints site to get past this. Ideas?
