Default SPLAT restore problem with smartcenter server

HI,
I have a distributed SPLAT configuration, and I tried to make an upgrade (NG-R55 to NGX-R60).
Before upgrading the smartcenter server, I used the smartcenter server web interface backup feature to backup my configuration.
After upgrading to NGX with (patch add cd ) command line, the upgrade failed and I am unable to go back to my previous configuration (R55), there is something corrupted.
The backup files were stored in the SCP server, and after re-installing the R55 (clean install), the restore process gives me the following :

The following information will be restored:
[1] system
------------------------------------------------------------------
The following information will NOT be restored:
[2] cp_products
------------------------------------------------------------------

Choose one of the following:
------------------------------------------------------------------
[C] Continue.
[D] Do not restore the following.
[R] Restore the following.
[Q] Quit.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there any way to get my objects and policy rules back ?

thanks.

omahrez.
