 install add. SW on SPLAT Hi all, I think it must be possible to install additional software on SPLAT. I need perl to run some perl-scripts on it. Q: where can I find perl (as a paket ? binaries, not sources) and how can it be installed ? thanks Christoph  |

| Re: install add. SW on SPLAT You can try to use rpm from RHEL v3, i think SPLAT bases on this distr. Also i think you will need some additional rpm, libraries etc. But installation new libraries may will lead to crush SPLAT. Also you can try to use sources from perl.com site. Anyway i think it isn't easy to do it. |
