Our Technology Solutions Center (tsc) provides a complement of remote-hosting options to our customers including remote processing of Eclipsys and non-Eclipsys applications and disaster recovery. Today, over 100 healthcare organizations are tapping into the expertise, equipment and round-the-clock computing services of the TSC’s state-of-the-art hosting facility based in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. The TSC can host Eclipsys solutions, as well as applications from its strategic partners and other non-Eclipsys applications that complement Eclipsys solutions. The center can provide and maintain all aspects of a Healthcare Organization’s hosted IT infrastructure, including operating systems, database software, systems and database administration, continuous capacity planning and monitoring, and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.

We are currently hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer for the TSC. Ideal candidates should have experience monitoring and troubleshooting network and computer systems in a data center environment.
Must possess a skill set conducive to working on Firewall security services. We seek self-starters who are results oriented, work well independently and have excellent customer service skills. You will be approachable, teachable, and a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding your experience in a high impact, client focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for proactive management, monitoring, troubleshooting and technical analysis of the networks. Specific duties include set up (implementation) and maintenance of mission critical internet-working systems including Nokia appliances, Cisco PIX,
Check Point FW-1/VPN services.

When we initially sign a new customer, you will work directly with customer’s technical staff to gather technical requirements needed to design and implement network communications between the TSC and the customer’s network. After initial network connectivity is established, you will work directly with customers on an on-going basis to complete Clarify cases initiated by the customers. These cases include implementing network additions/deletions/changes as well as troubleshooting and remediation of network connectivity issues.

Schedule:
The work schedule is a 5 day work week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with additional hours based on workload and stability of the network environment. You will be part of the on-call rotation and will be required to be on call from Monday through Sunday (7 days) every other week. Also, there is a monthly maintenance window every third calendar Sunday of the month between 2:0 0AM and 6:00 AM which requires on-site presence.

Required Skills:
At least Five (5) years of experience is required in the following areas:
? Hands on and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers / Switches, TCP / IP networking and Ethernet technologies.
? Experience with LAN / WAN topologies including Frame-relay, point-to-point private lines and ISDN
? Cisco 7200, 2600 and 2800 routers.
? Cisco Catalyst 6500 (Layer 2 and Layer 3) and 2900 switches.
? Experience with these protocols on Cisco routers: OSP, BGP, RIPv2, TCP/IP, NAT
? Experience with Nokia IP 2250, IP 530 appliances
? Experience with Check Point NG AI / VPN-1 and Secure Platform security services
? Experience with Check Point Load Balancing on Nokia appliances.
? Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to document work and follow strict procedures in order to comply with ISO9001 and SAS70 regulations
? Proficient skills in Visio and Microsoft Office products

Desired Skills:
B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline.
Any Cisco certifications including CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP are a plus.
Any Cisco IDS/IPS sensors including 4240, 4250, CS-MARS
Any Check Point certifications including CCSA,CCSE
Experience with Unix/Linux, RSA Secure ID
Experience in a healthcare environment.
