Default I have just Passed CCSE+

Guys,
It's a shame that CCSE and CCSA are much more complex than CCSE+, four to five questions that had me confused but all the rest were straight from the book and labs mentioned there, i cleared the certificate with 100% and it was just toooooo easy compared to CCSA/E that i achived 83% and 85% ...
G'luck guys, just reat the books and all will be good :)

That's good to know. I need to make my "bones" as well. CCSA is like an initiation. Once you're in the club, it's easy. :-)

I found it a bit tricky.Bcoz it had really some tricky questions as well as some questions requiring deeper knowledge into cmd line.
Dont take it easy.

Hello Dew1902, Unlike CCSA CCSE The questions in the CCSE+ Exam are from the Books !, everything there is logical, they don't try to confuse you with the Questions, Simple as that ... Example of Questions : What is the command you use to view the current installed policy ? or Questions like, How do you open CPINFO file on Splat ? 50% of the Questions were like this ... Easy and straight forward without bull$hiting :-)
Thanks

Congratulations maherod on CCSE+! Well done!!!
Does any one know if there is much difference between 156-510 and 156-515 As I have AT on 156-510. But still need to know. I don't like going to exam unaware what is gonna be as I'm a bit slow thinker, :-(.
Thank you in advance.

Thanks pr0ph3t, To answer your Question, CP have changed the Exam Format, there are a couple of Questions here and there from older Versions, but most of the Questions there are new ... When i discussed this Exam with a friend of mine it appeard that indeed they changed the format as he didn't have most of the Questions i asked him on his Exam, Dear pr0ph3t, i think that you should go for it ... for a change this Exam is all in the books, so no where to get confused or to figure out how CheckPoint works .. just read the Book and ATG, do the Labs and go for the Exam ! G'luck !

Maher

Not everybody has the privilege for going to courseware or formal training.I for one was diggings into pdfs and learning on my own.
So it was lot tougher for me.Though i accept ccsa and ccse test your logical and conceptual thinking more but freely available dumps have killed the trick.

Hi Rajesh,

just passed CCSE+ myself yesterday. I must say it was not too hard. In fact I found it easier than CCSA / CCSE. If you read the course material really good and the Advanced Technical Reference Guide you will pass. Make sure you study on those nasty details, like port number used by tunnel test for example. You get some questions on details ! Some questions they will also mix up some CLI command options. I must say that quite some hands on experience is a must. So when you study your exam prep, do use some live environment in which you experiment yourself. In total there are 70 questions.

Cheers, Patrick.

Hi,

I'm currently a CCSE on NG-AI.

Can someone confirm if this allows me to move on to do CCSE+ on NGX or if I have to start from scratch again, doing CCSA NGX, CCSE NGX, before doing CCSE+ NGX?

i heard i have to go for Accelerated NGX, b4 moving for CCSE+ NGX

Regards
Ankur

Hi Sachden,

I am almost certain you can only complete the more advanced exams in the tracks you are already qualified with. i.e. If you have CCSA NG + AI you can only complete NG + AI CCSE and CCSE+. Were it get a bit confusing is that with a CCSE in NG + AI you could (If it is still available) take the jump start CCSE NGX Accelerated exam and then go for CCSE + NGX and thus cut out the CCSA in NGX.

Hope this helps.

Gavrilo
