I would say, it is quite unlike 156-510. If you want to pass it, make sure you are good in debug commands, network capture commands, file names (there were several questions on log files, core dumps and dr. watson logs), port numbers (tunnel_test, sic etc), advanced vpn (vpn tunnel, wire mode).
You should also know what NGX process (fwd, fwm, cpd) is responsible for what tasks.
A few questions on troubleshooting clusters and management HA.
Some questions on security servers as well.

I am currently on the NGX Plus training course and it is a fantastic. I plan to have a good read of the training guide and sit the exam in a couple of weeks.
