Redhat HA Management

I vaguley rember a question that went something like. You want to do HA management. Then it gave 3 or 4 machines than asked if can you do it with them. One was Splat with 128MB. I know Splat takes 256MB so I think the answer was no. But one other machine was on the list that I rarely see material on it. Redhat, what versions of Redhat are supported, I don't rember what version it gave you as a choice. Can it run as a management HA. Does management HA allow you to mix and match versions?
