test failed !

hi all,
Today I've failed ( without any books) the CCSE exam ( my score 65%).
qos 50%
content security 60%
administrative utilities 0% ???
configuring remote access 75%
installing and upgrading checkpoint 87%
ha & clustering 66%
Voip 88%
configuring VPN's 54%

I don't really understand ( 0% is too bad) wich question I've failed for administartive utilities...
do you have some question regarding this ?

I wrote something about my failed test:

ras signal : wich routing mode for h323 gatekeeper
2 or 3 question about sip & sip_any
consequence about disabling "log voip connection"
a lot of questions ( 4-5) about security server ( CVP , smtp )
how control maximum number of mail messages on spool ( general properties/gw/sec server)?
upgrade from splat r54 GW with patch add cd ---> policy server is updated ?
wich OS is not supported by secureclient ?
why you don't see anything of Voip domain objects on the simple group ?
How configure vpn match rule for internal traffic ?
performance on qos ...how implement?
preferential treatment by other router ..how ( weighted/low latency)
how implement ike dos protection ? ( puzzles??)
you have one intruder on phase 1/2---> ho do you terminate in phase 3 ?
aggressive mode ...phase 1 or 2?
which packet is sended for secureclent verification ( tcp keepalive ?) ?
