Syngress material does not reflect current NGX. Test King material is based on stolen beta exam materials and many of the answers are wrong. If you must use the TK material, I strongly suggest you take the stem of the question and write out an answer based on one of three sources. I list them below in order of priority, first being the most accurate -
Offical Check Point courseware - it really is the best, and working the labs is essential. Many exam items are based on lab exercises.
Product documentation on product CD - this is great stuff and we use it to develop the study guides.
On-line help in the GUI - this is very good material.
There are multiple versions of the exam. Test King only got one version of the beta. That is why they get so many items wrong. Stems are similar but someone will think it is the item they saw on the exam and notify Test King accordingly. Not knowing the differences between versions, they post incorrect corrections.

I am new in Checkpoint certification, started to study CCSA Certification track. Plan to write the exam too...
