Passed CCSA! has it changed?

Thanks to this user group and TestKing I retook the CCSA exam and blew through it!

I initially took the test in April after attending a 1 week class, studying the class/test material for 2 weeks and purchasing the Boson guide. I didn’t even finish the exam, got a 53%. I was soooooo unprepared for the subject and depth of knowledge needed. The questions were twisted and difficult to understand and the answers were obtuse and some appeared to have not correct option. The computer response between questions was often over 10 seconds, very aggravating.

A month ago I crawled out of my pit of ultimate despair and started to restudy with no confidence I has a chance. I stumbled across this user group and discovered it not me. With the member’s suggestions and purchasing TestKing v18, I passed the test with time to spare.

The test was not the same as it was in April. I know I was better prepared but, DAMN!! Computer related delay between questions was never over 2-3 seconds, not a factor. The test version I took was a big improvement over April. I think the testing center heard the complaint and responded.

I will never take an exam when it first comes again if I can avoid it.

Suggestions:
Know your NAT inside and out and how Global Properties defaults change it, with respect to ARP and routing.

Many questions on LDAP administration
Know smart defense and Web Intelligence

Buy your copy of TestKing (best investment you can make) and study, study, study – I have learned a great deal

Now off to prep for the CCSE, yippeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
