R55 & TACACS

Hey everyone, I'm inheriting an existing Checkpoint deployment, hence the dated software. I would like to configure the Dashboard to allow authentications based upon TACACS auth. Not sure whether this can be accomplished in R55, searching through these forums I found that there is a bug in R55. Regardless, how do I modify my TACACS configuration file to allow a user full access to the Dashboard as well as a read-only account? Any help would be appreciated as I am not a whiz at this.
