Authentication

Running a NGX R65 with HFA 02 upgrade. Clients log on to IE popup should come up but does not. The work around is to go to a CMD Prompt and establish a telnet Session and the FW will make you log in. What is wrong with the IE Authentication. Was on the Phone with Checkpoint yesterday and Monday for 3 Hours each. All i got from them is that it may be a Bug in the Software and it has been escalated. So as i see it has been escalated for the last 3 years atleast. Anyone have any Ideas?

Is your issue similiar to the previous post - Client Authentication doesn't prompt? It would be interesting to know if the exact same thing was happening on R65 HFA2 also.
