I have a firewall manager (splat) and a number of Nokia's. I want to SSH from the manager to the Nokia's without being prompted for a password. I have copied the id_dsa.pub key file over to the nokia in the /var/emhome/admin/.ssh/ directory and named it authorized_keys (I even have a 2nd one called authorized_keys2) - I also copied the actual id_dsa.pub contents and pasted into the DSA authorized key section (applied and saved) in Voyager GUI - still no JOY! Please help - this drives me nuts!

For DSA keys, authorized_keys2 is the file you're intersted in. Redo this walk through step for step and test again: Howto Linux / UNIX setup SSH with DSA public key authentication (password less login)

Thanks for the reply. I did figure it out however. 1. CAT the id_dsa.pub file on FW Mgr and copy output 2. In Nokia voyager, paste into DSA key section for Admin user Thats it. Works fine now. Thanks again.
