| We are currently in the process of upgrading from R55 to R65. However we need to upgrade all users to the new SecureClient. Several machines have gotten errors and Checkpoint has not helped me at all. Not sure if anyone has seen this error before: "You cannot run the installation because you have not rebooted since last uninstalling this product" I've rebooted many times, ran cpcleanup utility and still does not work. Any suggestions? |

| I've had that error in my testing for R56 -> R60 SecureClient upgrade. Unfortunately for you it went away after I rebooted. Try uninstalling SecureClient and run a utility like ccleaner as I believe SecureClient uses the registry to identify if its currently installed. |
