Authentication

have many users that use SmartDashboard Gui to add rules etc.
I want That when they login in SmartDashboard they authenticate through
RADIUS Server. I know that is possible to use Radius Server to other
things in chekpoint but i don´t Know if it´s possible this scenario.
Can anyone help me?

I think I have seen this question somewhere before and could not find a way to make it work. I don't think this is possible as of yet.

But when you create on SmartDashboard a administrative user we have the possibility to choose on Authentication Scheme radius server. why is this if we cannot use? I have try this scenario and in SmartTacker I don´t see nothing neither in radius server.

If you are using R54/R55, you may need to do a cpstop/cpstart before the adminstrator user can use radius. Not sure why, just going through a resolution that I found.

If you are using R60, upgrade to HFA_03, there was some code problems when they imported it from NG to NGX that causes a radius problem for adminstrators.

I´m using NGX R60, and i don´t have problems with the radius server because i use it to remote acess.
You are saying that is possible this scenario?
Can you send me ou tell me where is the resolution that you found...
