Issue with TCP half-close in NGX

After upgrading my SPLAT firewall form R55 to R60 (NGX) I started to have issues with an application that performs a TCP half-close. RFC --"TCP provides the ability for one end of a connection to terminate its output while still receiving data from the other end. This is called a half-close. "
Any suggestions on how I can correct this on the Checkpoint to not reset this connection? Thank you.
