Hello,

I have a customer with a fresh R60 HFA04 installation (SPLAT), the configuration was done from scratch (not importing from any other installation) and everything works ok, but it has not been possible to use upgrade_export for backup purposes as an error is coming up.
After running the proper command, it starts ok, but after the message that says it is "copying files to a temp folder", the error "failed to read local configuration info" comes up and process stops.
I have tried in multiple ocassions, after restarting CP services and even after rebooting the entire machine with no luck. Also tried with the latest version of the upgrade utils downloaded from the CP website with same results.
I still have not found that error documented in the SecureKnowledge.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
