R62 SNX disconnects every two minutes We've been running Connectra R60 for almost a year with no problems. Since upgrading to R61 and right to R62 some of our employees have been experiencing SNX disconnects. The log just shows it lost the connection. It's usually two minutes to the second after SNX connects, but sometimes it's two and a half minutes or so. Other users are unaffected. A reinstall of SNX does not help.
